I am a North Texas based freelance outdoor writer, photographer, and publication consultant with over twenty years of experience working alongside editorial teams and advertising clients. As an alumnus of Texas Tech University, I'm a creative problem solver who draws from my technical background and a love of the outdoors to create captivating stories and images for the hunting and outdoor lifestyle industries.

When I'm not riding a saddle mule through the mountains or calling in ducks, I can be found managing the post oak savannah habitat and deer herd on my family ranch, meticulously creating spreadsheets for next hunting season's draw odds, or training my Labrador retriever, Shadow.
